Set baseline against 2 cross-fit work-outs from here. Completed. I set bench-marks for 3 work-outs.
Get up to 7 chin-ups without stopping. Completed. Managed to do 7 without getting down.
Set a baseline for chin-ups in a minute. Did not complete.
Get up to 30 press-ups without stopping. Did not complete.
Any lessons / thoughts?
The most important thing... I am really enjoying this. I'm quite competitive and like data and graphs to track progress. Using this approach I'm having good fun trying to beat my times.
I changed my approach slightly and focused on the work-outs rather than setting baselines for number of chin ups in a minute or max press-ups.
PBs.
The work-outs might change over time but currently.

What are my goals for next month?
- Be able to do 8 chin ups without break.
- New PB for body weight Fran, 21,15,9 (Press up & Burpees), half Angie.
- Run half a mile post a work-out in less than 4 mins.
- Set new benchmark PB in at least one more work-out.
